As with all Henley Educational applications the amount granted is dependant on income and circumstances.

MAXIMUM GRANT
The current maximum for school uniform is: -

£75 for Primary School
£150 for Secondary School

These amounts can be exceeded under exceptional circumstances.
Grants can include footwear to attend school.

WARNING
Schools are reminded not to issue clothing on the expectation of an HEC school uniform grant. Should the grant not be approved they may find the school in deficit for the costs.

GILLOTTS SCHOOL
The charity has an account arrangement with at Gillotts School Uniform Department (contact Jenny Trower or Marian Evans) whereby they will pay the school direct for the approved issue of Gillotts school wear.

SEPTEMBER INTAKE

There are no meetings of the trustees in July or August. Please ensure that applications for Uniform Grants for those:

• Going from playgroup to primary school or
• from primary school to Gillotts School

are submitted for the June meeting at the very latest.
