A grant application form must accompany any correspondence requesting a grant. Applications will not be accepted by way of letter only.
Grants will not be considered by the trustees unless the form is completely filled out, signed and income stated. The clerk can help with completion if necessary.
individual applications will only be accepted if completed by hand and if confirmed by a sponsor.
Grants from Organisations can be emailed.

WHAT THE CLERK WILL DO IN RESPONSE TO YOUR APPLICATION
The clerk will send you the following correspondence in response your application:
- Letter or email confirming receipt of application.
- Letter confirming approval of grant with payment by cheque or details of third party who will receive cheque or
- Letter or email confirming refusal of application or asking for further information before a grant can be approved.
